Refund policy

If something's not right, please get in touch via email - grumpygoose8@gmail.com  and we will work to put things right straight away. Quality of product and service are super important to us and we want everyone to be delighted

Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will gladly replace your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If a refund is requested it will be processed straight away., the refund will cover the value of the returned items only, it will not cover the shipping costs.
