Shipping policy

As our candles are hand crafted in small batches we may not always have what you have ordered immediately in stock. If you are in a rush to receive your goods please contact us to check we can meet your deadline before putting your order through.

If in stock most orders are ready to be posted the following day after your order is received.

Our delivery service is New Zealand Post. 

Orders are sent using the delivery option you select through the check out system.

Delivery takes 1-3 business days and 2-5 business days for RURAL addresses.

All  shipping charges are set by New Zealand Post.

Rural delivery has an extra charge defined by New Zealand Post.

We accept no liability whatsoever for incorrectly delivered parcels

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the post company. Once the parcel is handed over to the post company, we have no control over the delivery timing.
